I know all of my builds take at least one Rage Spender and one Energy Spender, just as 'DPS/utility buttons'. Yet even still, some builds will have 'random skills' that exist to be a resource sink. You cant just take random skills from random classes and have it be great. I have no idea how it is now, but back then dodge wasn't capped, and you could stack dodge from all different skilltrees.
